Your record
- California criminal record and court papers for each conviction
- Proof you finished jail, probation or parole
- Any court order that already changed or cleared a case
Your life now
- Work history, pay stubs or letters from employers
- School, training or certificates
- Letters of support (employer, pastor, teacher, neighbor)
- Proof of volunteer or church service
- Proof of family support (children, parents you care for)
Your immigration side
- Green card or other immigration papers
- Any notice to appear or immigration court notices
- Your lawyer's note on which deportation ground applies
Bring copies and keep the originals safe. Do not write your immigration status on this sheet.
