Before the test
- I asked, in writing, what the test checks for
- I asked whether it detects THC itself or only metabolites
- I have a list of my prescriptions and the doctor's name
- I asked for the written testing policy
After the test
- I asked for the result in writing
- I wrote down the date, place and who required the test
- I explained any prescription in writing
- I asked for a retest if I think it is wrong
If I was turned down or fired
- I saved the offer letter, policy and messages
- I noted the date (CRD deadline: 3 years)
- I contacted CRD or a clinic
