Papers:
- Interview notice
- Photo ID and passport (if I have one)
- Work permit and any travel documents
- Originals of everything I sent: marriage and birth certificates, divorce papers, leases, bills
- Original police reports, restraining orders, medical and counseling letters
- Certified court records for every arrest or case
- Copy of my full I-360 and I-485 packet
- New evidence since filing (new address, new court papers)
People:
- My lawyer or accredited representative (Form G-28 on file)
- Interpreter, if my notice says I must bring one
- Child care arranged
Me:
- Reread my statement
- Practiced with my lawyer
- Safe ride there and back
- Water, snack, something calming for after
