Before you mail it
- Form I-821D, edition 01/20/25, renewal box checked
- Form I-765, edition 08/21/25, category (c)(33)
- Form I-765WS, my own finances only
- Name and date of birth the same on every form
- Every required field filled in
- Signed by hand, in ink, on every form
- Two payment forms of the same type ($85 and $520), money in the account
- Two identical passport style photos, name and A number in pencil on the back
- Renewing: copy of my current work permit, front and back
- Optional G-1145 clipped to the front
- New court or arrest papers included, if any
- Copy of the whole packet saved
- Mailed between 150 and 120 days before my DACA ends
Do not write your A number on a copy you share.
