Please provide copies of the following records for the period [January 1, 2025] to the date of your search:
- Data on individuals to whom the agency provided ICE access, including the number of individuals, the dates, and whether access was through a hold, transfer or notification request or other means (Gov. Code 7283.1(c)).
- All communications between the agency and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement about immigration enforcement or ICE access to individuals.
- ICE hold, notification and transfer requests received, and the agency's responses.
- Any agreements or memoranda of understanding with federal agencies relating to immigration enforcement or joint task forces.
- The agency's reports to the California Department of Justice under Gov. Code 7284.6(c).
- Records showing which agencies received automated license plate reader data from this agency.
We ask for electronic copies, and for data in spreadsheet form where it exists. Personal identifying information may be redacted as Gov. Code 7283.1(c) allows. If any part is withheld, please release the rest and explain the basis for withholding in writing (Gov. Code 7922.540).
Please respond within 10 days as required by Gov. Code 7922.535. We are glad to discuss narrowing this request (Gov. Code 7922.600).
