- A lawyer or DOJ accredited representative checked my whole history
- I know which path I am using and which forms
- I know whether I apply here or abroad
- I know whether any bar applies, and whether I need a waiver first
- I checked every fee on uscis.gov today
- I am paying by card (G-1450), bank account (G-1650) or online, not by check or money order
- I have copies of every page I am sending
- Every answer on every form is true
- My sponsor has signed the affidavit of support and gathered tax returns
- I will not travel without talking to my lawyer
- I wrote down my receipt number when it came
- I will update my address within 10 days if I move
- I did not pay anyone with a gift card, money transfer or payment app
