- I know where the drinking water is.
- I know where the shade or cool down area is.
- I drink water often, before I feel thirsty.
- I rest in a cool place when I need to.
- I know who to tell if I or a coworker feels sick.
- I know to call 911 for confusion, fainting, throwing up or a seizure.
- I write down any day I was not allowed to rest.
