Organizing safety checklist
- I talk about the union outside work hours and away from managers
- I use my own phone and personal email, not work devices or accounts
- I know which agency covers my job: NLRB, ALRB or PERB
- I write down any threat, question or punishment the same day: who, what, when, where, witnesses
- I keep copies of schedules, pay stubs and any discipline
- I know the 6 month deadline for an NLRB charge
- I have a free clinic's number saved
- I do not share my immigration status at work
