While recording:
- Public ground only. Stay far back.
- Film openly. Hands visible.
- Told to move? Step back and say so out loud.
- Never touch, block or follow.
Say on video: date, time, place. Capture: Size, Activity, Location, Uniform, Time, Equipment, badge numbers, plates, papers shown.
If stopped: "Am I free to go?" "I am choosing to remain silent. I want to speak to a lawyer." "I do not consent to a search of my phone."
After: save the original. Give it to the family or lawyer first. Blur faces before posting.
