When I move checklist
- I changed my address with USCIS within 10 days (online or Form AR-11)
- I entered the receipt number for each pending case
- I saved my confirmation, or a copy of my AR-11 and the date I mailed it
- If I have an immigration court case, I filed Form EOIR-33 with the court within 5 days
- I updated my address with my lawyer, my employer and my school
- I asked the people at my old address to save any mail for me
