Keep the page address, the section, the issue and an official source if you have one. Do not include immigration histories, identification numbers or private case records.

What to send
The page address, what looks wrong or out of date (a phone number, hours, an address, a program that closed or moved, a broken link, a fee or rule that changed, or a barrier that made a page hard to use) and, if you have it, the official page that shows the correct information.
What not to send
Please leave out names, immigration status or history, A-numbers, case or receipt numbers, Social Security or ITIN numbers, health details, photos of documents and your own story. We only need the page and the problem, and we delete messages once the page is checked.
